How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every four weeks, however, restock dates vary depending on product availability.

How can I find out about restocks?

We will send out an email, post on all social media accounts or check our website at  www.stylesadorned.com

How many items can I buy in one purchase? 

There is no limit to the number of items you can buy in one purchase.  

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS (Domestic) and DHL (International). The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after holidays.

Do you offer returns?

All returns are subject to exchange or store credit ONLY. Our policy lasts 7 days from time of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for your item(s). NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT ON SALE ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect sizing. Please send us an email at stylesadorned@gmail.com with your order number and indicate whether you would like STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.

For Exchanges please send your item(s)to: 

P.O. Box 990757, Naples, FL 34116-0757.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was an error with your order, STYLES ADORNED will assume all costs associated with shipping and handling.  

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at stylesadorned@gmail.com with your inquiry. 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

No, howeve by setting up an account, you become a member of our community and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Do you ever do giveaways?

Yes, we run official giveaways. Be sure to follow our Instagram and Facebook page and sign up for our e-mailing list to receive notice on special offers and giveaways!
